How we get paid if you go further
If the pathway we recommend involves capital introduction, we earn 1.5% on finance approval. Part of that may be paid by the lender rather than by you; any lender-paid amount is credited against our fee. The full arrangement is disclosed in writing before you decide to proceed.
Your paid Deal Review fee is credited in full against a subsequent feasibility report or capital introduction fee if you proceed — applied once, to one of them.

Your paid Deal Review fee credits in full once against one subsequent engagement: a feasibility report, a Business Acquisition Appraisal or a property capital introduction fee — never more than one. Pay for the Deal Review only after screening; feasibility and appraisal fees are payable upfront after scope and quote agreement. LIM preparation is a separate engagement with payment terms agreed in writing. Property capital introduction is payable on finance approval, with any lender contribution credited against the fee. No feasibility, appraisal or LIM fee credit-forward is offered.
