No fees are collected through this website. Submitting an enquiry creates no financial obligation. If we are able to assist, our engagement terms — including any success-based fee — are agreed separately in a written engagement letter or Finder’s Fee Agreement before any work commences.
Where a formal engagement is agreed, our fees are success-based and payable only when funding is drawn down or when a capital introduction results in a completed transaction, as specified in the written agreement. The specific fee rate and structure are set out in that agreement.
Our maximum aggregate liability to you under any engagement is limited to the amount of any fees actually paid by you under the relevant written agreement. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive losses, including loss of profit or loss of opportunity.
We do not guarantee loan approval, loan terms, lender participation, investor interest, or any particular transaction outcome. Services are provided on a best-efforts basis. Past introductions or facilitated transactions do not guarantee future outcomes.
You warrant that all information provided to us is accurate, complete, and not misleading. Providing false or materially incomplete information may result in termination of services. You are responsible for obtaining your own independent legal and financial advice before entering into any loan, investment, or engagement agreement.
We treat all information submitted through this website and shared during an engagement as confidential. We will not disclose your information to any third party without your prior written consent, except as required by law or as necessary to provide agreed services.
All materials, templates, reports, and documentation prepared by us remain our intellectual property until any applicable fees have been paid in full under the relevant written agreement.

For clients located outside New Zealand, these terms are still governed by New Zealand law unless a separate written agreement specifies otherwise.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
