Privacy Policy
Information Collected
LHA Holdings Limited (the company), trading as Creative Finance Consultants, collects your name, email address, phone number, property or project details, commercial-entity declaration and financial information when you submit an enquiry. Business Acquisition Appraisal enquiries also include the business location, purchase-price information, financial figures and appraisal questions you supply. Mailing-list subscriptions collect the contact details you supply.
Why Information Is Collected
The company uses this information to screen enquiries, communicate with you and, where agreed in writing, prepare a Deal Review, feasibility report, Business Acquisition Appraisal or lender submission, or facilitate a property funding introduction.
How It Is Stored
Enquiry information is sent through the company’s email service and is also saved to Supabase when the database is available. If database storage fails but the notification email is accepted, the enquiry is received as an email-only record. The email service is provided by Hostinger; Stripe processes payments where a paid engagement is agreed. These providers process information needed to supply their services. The company handles personal information under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 and other applicable privacy laws.
Information Sharing
The company uses the service providers described above to receive, store and process enquiries and payments. Project information is shared with a prospective lender or investor only after you approve the proposed introduction in writing, except where disclosure is required by law.
Your Rights

Data Deletion
You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting privacy@creativefinanceconsultants.com. The company will action valid deletion requests within 20 working days.
What Can Be Deleted
You may request deletion of personal information the company holds about you, including your name, contact details, project information and correspondence. Where records must be retained for legal or regulatory purposes, the company will explain which records cannot be deleted and why.
How to Submit a Request
Send an email to privacy@creativefinanceconsultants.com with the subject line Data Deletion Request. Include your full name and the email address used for your enquiry so the company can locate your records. Identity verification may be required before processing the request.
Retention Periods
The company retains personal data only as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected. Enquiry data for projects that did not proceed to an engagement is retained for a maximum of 24 months. Completed engagement records may be retained for up to 7 years in accordance with NZ financial record-keeping obligations.
Third-Party Data
If data was shared with a lender or investor under your written approval, contact that party directly to request deletion of its copy. The company can provide the contact details on request.
